"Fat" evaporative cooler pads are thicker then
regular aspen cooler pads, absorb more water,
and can improve cooling by up to seven
degrees.
They are hand packed 2 inches thick, the corners are squared
and the netting is stapled together firmly shut.
At the end of the season when you're done with the cooler pads and you want to throw them away or change them out, they will come out in one piece, instead of falling apart. Fat cooler pads won't fall apart during the year in the water of your cooler and clog your pump.

superior cooling power due to their unique design. Rigid Media
swamp cooler pads are easy to clean and will last for many years
with proper yearly maintenence.
